Additional Fee Information

Nuventus has the most competitive pricing in the industry, but occasionally we do charge for extra work on our part to prepare an application.  The extra work for provisional applications is based off of additional pages beyond our 20 page maximum, preparing patent figures or extended phone hours.  Follow our recommendations below to avoid the extra fees.

Nuventus additional fee

Patent Figure Artwork: $65 / Hour

Additional Pages (exceeding 20): $40 / Page

All non standard Additional Work: $95 / Hour

Recommendations

Do your own artwork: It keeps fees down, and drawings are not very hard to draft.

Try to stay within the 20 page limit. We recommend 20 pages because it will also help you to keep the fees lower at the USPTO.
